General Terms and Conditions for Orders via www.kocykomania.pl
In the following we would like to present our regulations, which form the basis for the preparation and execution of your purchases. On the website www.kocykomania.pl we offer you the purchase of products supplied by the company Black Swan Edyta Durmowicz
1. conclusion of contracts and delivery of goods
1.1 On www.kocykomania.pl contracts are concluded exclusively in Polish. The contractual partner is the company Black Swan Edyta Durmowicz św. Czesława 7/20 61-575 Poznań.
1.2 By clicking the "Confirm order" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping basket. We will confirm your order by e-mail immediately after you have sent your order. A binding contract is concluded when we receive your order confirmation. Please note that the products you have ordered will not be dispatched until you have paid the full price and shipping costs.
1.3 Orders will be processed within the territory of Poland. If a delivery date is specified as a working day, this shall be understood to mean all days from Monday to Friday inclusive, excluding public holidays.
Prices and shipping costs
2.1 The prices offered at the time of the order shall apply. The prices offered are final prices, i.e. they include the applicable value added tax. The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.
2.2 You shall bear the shipping costs according to the selected shipping method.
2.3 If you have chosen cash on delivery and do not collect the goods despite documented attempts to collect them, we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of delivery.
3 Payments
3.1 We generally offer the following payment methods: Cash on delivery, card payment or online bank transfer. For each order, we reserve the right not to offer certain payment methods and to offer others. Please note that we only accept payments from bank accounts within the European Union (EU). All financial transaction costs are your responsibility.
3.2 You agree to receive information about funds in your account in electronic form only.
4 Your statutory right to cancel your purchase of products from kocykomania.co.uk
If you purchase products from www.kocykomania.pl, you have a statutory right to cancel the contract.
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has come into possession of the goods. You can use the model withdrawal form available on the website for this purpose. However, there is no obligation to do so. You can fill in a withdrawal form and send it to us or write and submit another declaration of intent, also electronically, using the contact form on our website. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you an acknowledgement of receipt of your declaration (e.g. by e-mail). In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of this right before the expiry of the withdrawal period. Purchases of services or benefits are not refundable, especially if the offer was specified and made according to your individual wishes.
Consequences of cancellation If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless a different means of payment has been expressly agreed with you. Under no circumstances will we charge you for this. However, we may refuse to refund the purchase price until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that the goods have been returned to us in good condition, whichever is the earlier. You must return or hand over the goods in undamaged condition without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if the goods are dispatched before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You shall bear the costs of the return shipment.

5 Refunds of payments
All payment refunds are made automatically to the account you used for payment. In the case of payment by bank transfer, payments will be returned to the account from which the transfer was made.
6 Statutory liability for product defects
6.1 We undertake to supply you with products that are free from defects.
6.2 In the event of any defects in products ordered via www.kocykpomania.pl, we shall bear statutory liability for defects under Article 556 et seq. of the Act of 23 April 1964. - Civil Code (Dz.U.2016.380 j.t. as amended).
7 Complaints
7.1 All complaints concerning products purchased in our shop as well as the course of processing your order should be submitted by e-mail to biuro@kocykomania.pl or by telephone. In the same way you can report any problems with the collection of the return shipment by courier.
7.2 In some cases we may ask you to send us photographs of the products you wish to complain about.
7.3 Your complaint will be dealt with by us within 14 days of receiving your complete complaint. We will notify you of any deficiencies

7.4 Please note that the following product defects cannot be claimed
- mechanical damage (abrasion, tear, tear or scratch, detachment of ornaments, zipper, rubber, etc.) resulting from the use of the products by you, and damage resulting from lack of or improper maintenance; - damage resulting from use of the garment contrary to its intended use;
7.5 We also inform you that you have the right to use the out-of-court complaint and redress procedure according to the European Commission's online dispute resolution procedure available at: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/?event=main.home.show.

9.1 These terms and conditions can be found at www.kocykomania.pl. You can also print or save this document using the usual functions of your internet browser (usually: File -> Save as).
9.2 You can easily save your order data by downloading the terms and conditions and saving the order summary information on the last page of your order in the online shop when placing your order using the "save as" function of your internet browser; you can also wait for the order confirmation which we will additionally send to you by e-mail at the end of the order process to the address you have provided. This order confirmation e-mail contains all relevant data for your order and a link to these terms and conditions, and can be easily printed or saved using an e-mail opening program.
